Purchasing 

By purchasing anything from this website, you acknowledge and agree to be bound by the Terms of Use, our Privacy Policy, and our Terms of Purchase and Refund Policy.

Upon purchase, you will receive login credentials to access the Services. Your access to the course is valid for 12 months (365 days) after which your access will expire. You are responsible for maintaining the secrecy and security of your login credentials. Only the authorised user of the login credentials is permitted to use the password-protected Services. Group buys of our online courses are strictly prohibited, as is login sharing. If you loan or disclose your login credentials knowingly or unknowingly, and you knowingly or unknowingly allow unauthorised access to the Services, you shall be held responsible for any violations of the Terms of Use, which may result in your login credentials being suspended or permanently deactivated (without refund). Move to More Limited is not responsible for any unauthorised use of your login credentials.

 

Fees

We offer the ability to provide payment via our Website(s) or via direct credit/debit to our nominated bank account. If you choose to purchase our Services using the payment plan or AfterPay option, you consent to us making multiple charges to your chosen payment method. If your billing and payment information changes during the payment plan or AfterPay, you must provide us with updated billing and payment information immediately. You consent to us re-trying any failed attempts, and you agree to pay any fees or related charges incurred as a result of the failed payment.

If the fees and applicable taxes charged to you are dishonoured, rejected, or otherwise not made available to us, you agree to immediately pay all amounts due upon demand. If the payment method you use is subject to a foreign transaction fee or related charges, you will be responsible for paying those fees or related charges. It is recommended that you verify the fees and related charges that you may be responsible for with your payment issuer. You agree to pay all costs of collection, including legal fees and costs, on any outstanding balance owed to us.

 

Goods and Services Tax (GST) 

Unless the contrary intention appears, any published or advertised price and/or invoice is inclusive of GST for New Zealand-based individuals and businesses.

 

Performance Guarantee

While we cannot expressly guarantee that you will secure your dream job as a result of completing our online course, we do however, guarantee that if you follow everything we teach you, implement the lessons and put the course training into action, you will be in a much better position to leverage your personal brand to supercharge your career path and earning potential.

If you do not believe you have gained any useful tools, tips or strategies to improve your personal brand, then we will refund you the amount you paid (in full) for the course.

To be eligible for the guarantee, you MUST be able to show the following:

  • You were at least 18 years of age at the time of course purchase.
  • Your proof of purchase of either Your Brand Your Story or Personal Brand for Job Seekers by Move to More Limited, and you didn’t dispute or chargeback the purchase at any point.
  • Completion of 100% of the Your Brand Your Story or Personal Brand for Job Seekers online course
  • Completion of all course activities
  • Evidence that you have implemented all recommendations in the Your Brand Your Story or Personal Brand for Job Seekers by Move to More Limited course. Evidence includes, but is not limited to, completing all the course modules (verifiable by Move to More Limited), completing all the activities (verifiable by Move to More Limited), implementing all advice to update your CV and create your comprehensive LinkedIn profile.

You need to submit your claim within 30 days of the purchase date of the Your Brand – Your Story or Personal Brand for Job Seekers by Move to More Limited course/s.

No refund requests will be considered if not lodged within the described timeframe.

Move to More Limited does not offer any representations, warranties, or guarantees verbally or in writing in regards to your earnings, marketing performance, or results of any kind.

You accept, agree, and understand that any testimonials or endorsements provided by M2M’s customers or audience that are represented through our Services, Websites, marketing materials, advertisements, or any of our communication channels have not been scientifically evaluated by us and the results experienced by individuals may vary significantly. Any statements outlined on our Services, Websites, marketing materials, advertisements, or any of our communication channels are our opinions only and therefore are not guarantees or promises of actual performance.

Refunds

Move to More Limited reserves the right to verify the validity of all refund claims made. Any application for a refund will be considered at our absolute discretion.  If your claim is assessed as valid, your refund will be paid into your nominated bank account by electronic funds transfer. If you tamper with the claim process or submit a claim that is misleading or fraudulent, your claim will be rejected. We have 30 calendar days to assess refund claims from the complete submission of all related evidence. If your claim is approved, we will make the claim payment within 7 calendar days of approval.
